The successful candidate will lead our Business Development efforts, focusing on expanding our client base, driving revenue & profit growth, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. - Develop and execute a strategic Business Development plan to drive growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, including multinational agencies, to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital marketing solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of three subordinates, guiding their professional development and ensuring performance targets are met.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor degree of any background
- At least a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Business Development within the digital marketing industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, channels, and technologies, including Influencer Marketing, Ads Trends, Social Media, Content Marketing, etc.
- Experience managing multinational agency accounts and working with diverse clientele.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
