Spanish Bilingual Csr | Customer Service Specialist | Taguig  

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
• Represent the company in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers
• Serve customers in opening new accounts, updating current accounts, and closing accounts
• Evaluate customer requests for service charge refunds and process necessary paperwork to refund Customer Service charges as necessary

• Completed Associate Degree course or at least 2nd year college undergraduate with no back subjects.
• With at least 1 year Spanish Bilingual experience or at least 2 years of BPO experience (English voice)
• Willing to work in Taguig on shifting schedule.
• Proficient in Spanish language, both written and spoken. Above average to Good English communication skills
• Knowledge in internet navigation and Microsoft Excel and Word.

Salary Package - 65 to 85K (depending on candidate qualifications)
