Uraian Tugas

RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical & Sales

  • Provide technical support to the company and the prospects & clients by servicing, training, and presenting solutions in wide range of beverage applications: TEA & COFFEE CHAINS, QSR, HORECA etc.
  • Map &Visit prospect customers to work on well-defined projects and assure the follow-up on projects. Maintain existing business and develop new business opportunities accurate records of all target accounts, opportunities, quotes, project etc.
  • Give demonstrations with Andros products to create close relationship with the customers by highlighting our high-quality differentiating product ranges.
  • Support project implementation at the customer site by individual and collective training sessions.
  • Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial drive and proactively and collaboratively engage with all departments to execute business plans, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer needs and drive profitable growth.
  • Trouble shooting at customers to support them in solving issues in their daily production in a timely manner.
  • Give technical advice on the product characteristics that need to be considered in the product development process with the aim of making the customers life easier.

Marketing

  • Create recipes with Andros Asia ingredients and concepts in close collaboration with the marketing and sales team.
  • Actively look for customer needs & market trends and translate these into inspirational products.
  • Stay up to date on new applications, trends and techniques and share with other departments.
  • Provide ideas on innovation, flavors, concepts and products.
  • Constantly create and develop new ideas, concepts and applications methodologies in hot and cold, soft and hard beverage products.
  • Contribute early in the product development process in close collaboration with the R&D and Marketing department of Andros.
  • Contribute to new product launches with product testing, photo shooting, videos, market tests.
  • Develop a network of schools and professional bakery organizations.

DIPLOMA - EXPERIENCE

  • A bachelors degree preferred with a good working knowledge of beverage ingredients and how it relates to customer menu development.
  • At least 5-years of experience in a similar position in Food Service & Horeca with proven track record in managing large National Account and converting solutions opportunities into sales within the beverage sector.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the existing Food Service and Horeca players & brands, as well as strong understanding of trends, customer operation & margins etc.
  • Passionate, creative, and sensitive with latest trends in beverage market
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills, time management, ability to communicate confidently with sound commercial skills & networking skills and ability to provide innovative customer-focused ideas.
  • Language: Indonesian, English, French is a plus.
  • Indonesian National. Age between 20 and 45 years.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a home office. To be based in Jabodetabek with frequent traveling.
  • Certified Barista or Bartender from a recognized institution is a plus, award winners in related fields will have an advantage

  • Good knowledge on beverage ingredients, process & equipment, and finished goods.
  • Able to develop strong strategic relationships with Key Customers R&D, Marketing, and Source and develop strong relationships within the company remotely
  • Ability to speak confidently and knowledgeably about food processing, concepts, trends and recipes with customers. Strong communicator able to inspire customers.
  • Creativity and innovation mindset, able to analyze and understand trend, define the next trends
  • Ability to initiate and develop relationships with key decision makers both inside and outside the company, as well as obtain meetings with potential and existing clients, articulate the companys value proposition/solution offering, and develop rapport clients/prospects.
  • Willing to share knowledge with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to find solutions to complex problems
  • Good organization skills
  • High Proficiency in using all Ms Office tools: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
