We are seeking individuals interested in making an impact in managing and selling IBM's both Software and Infrastructure portfolio to maintain and grow existing revenue streams and relationships. Strong interpersonal and management skills are required. You must be self-motivated, driven to win sales opportunities, available to manage and coach an experienced technical team and ready to interact daily with customers, colleagues, employees and business partners.
You will work closely with relevant IBM stakeholders such as brand, management, partners, clients and more daily. Communication and organization are essential. With this teaming approach, you deliver directly and with your team end-to-end product solutions. The Technical Sales led approach provides the grounding for addressing client business problems and pain points and aligning Software and Infrastructure strategy.
As a leader, you will identify and mitigate with your team, potential risks to client adoption of IBM Product based solutions. You must be able to pro-actively mediate resolutions to project-based conflict, ensuring favorable outcomes.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Has at least 15 years of Technical Sales / Presales / similar role experience.
- Proven track of highly successful enterprise technology sales experience, and/or large account management experience, with a demonstrated track record of consistent over-achievement against assigned quotas.
- Extensive networking and interpersonal skills in complex environments.
