Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for general front desk duties in Apartemen Plaza Senayan, including but not limited to handling telephone calls, receiving visitors and residents, attending to residents’ inquiries and complaints according to established management procedures, and to provide a standard of service to residents in keeping with an international residential property organization.
Qualifications:
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree holder from reputable university, majoring in Hotel / Tourism Industry
- Preferably having 1 year experience in similar position
- Excellent command in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Japanese language skill would be an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literate
- Customer service oriented
- Willing to work on Public Holidays with shift working hours
