They are now focusing on initiating the CRM business in Indonesia to enable clients a better connection with their customers by adopting state-of-the-art processes and the latest technologies.
We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Management superstar who will design and start up a new division consisting of strong and talented individuals to empower the clients to reimagine how they connect and engage with their customers.
In this position, you will be expected to emphasize the importance of new technologies and leveraging Cloud solutions and work on business transformation related to Sales, Service, and Marketing.
The ideal candidate should have experience in Customer Relationship Management software as listed and be passionate about business consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Take the initiative to design, present, and propose CRM solutions to the clients provided by the firm
- Configure and customize CRM solutions based on client-specific business processes
- Coordinate and deliver multiple CRM projects
- Collect, analyze, identify issues, and initiate solutions related to CRM
- Collaborate and advocate cross-functionally on business process transformation
Qualifications
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, ICT, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Functional Competency: Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software-related activities particularly in fast-changing surroundings
Experience: The chosen candidate will have direct experience in sales, marketing, or customer service business processes, having experience in project management, business process, or having work experience in management consultancy related to Customer Relationship Management software is desirable. Able to communicate easily with Indonesian and foreign stakeholders.
