Job Description:
- Identify and execute areas of CRM growth via projects to achieve specific platform objectives (Acquisition, Churn-reactivation, Order or GMV-driving initiatives), through identifying correct users, recommendation and optimisation for voucher mechanics, landing pages, and messaging
- Collaborate with internal and external cross functional teams, to understand key levers of other Shopee programs to drive specific outcomes
- Review brand health tracking results and identify key areas for brand performance and new growth opportunities
- Support the delivery of local and regional research projects (Questionnaire design, Link testing, Scripting, Data analysis) that translates to actionable recommendations that has strong implications for the business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Management, Marketing, or other relevant courses
- 2-4 years of industry experience in the e-Commerce, tech, or digital marketing is beneficial
- Familiar with A/B testing and proficient in quantitative analysis as well as performance metrics
- Basic understanding of research frameworks and methods
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google suites
