RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, such as :
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process (sourcing, interview, placement)
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Monitor job analysis & work load analysis process
- Maintain payroll and benefits program
REQUIREMENTS :
- Max. age of 45 years old with min. Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law or any relevant major
- Has excellent knowledge in HRGA role’s (Recruitment/HRIS/Comben/PD/HRBP/IR/GA) and experienced in handling within big team
- At least 5 years experience as HRGA Manager in retail industry with company size more than 1000 employees
- Can quickly adapt to the strategic changes of the company and grow together with the company.
- Good communication skills in English is a MUST, Mandarin to be advantage
- Having good interpersonal, leadership, dynamic and has analytical thinking
- Ready for going business trip if company needs
