Job Description:
As an HR Manager/Supervisor, you will lead our team's human resources management efforts and ensure the company has efficient HR operations. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals. Your fluency in Mandarin, excellent leadership skills, and enthusiasm for the job will be key factors for success.

Responsibilities and Requirements 职责和要求:
-Age between 26 to 40 years old.
年龄在 26 至 40 岁之间
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
至少拥有任何专业的学士学位。
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mandarin-speaking HR Manager/Supervisor.
至少 3 年普通话人力资源经理/主管工作经验。
- Fluent in Mandarin communication, able to communicate effectively with a Mandarin-speaking team.
普通话交流流利,能够与讲普通话的团队进行有效沟通。
- HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) minimum level 4.
HSK(汉语水平考试)至少达到 4 级。
- Ability to collaborate with the team, actively sharing knowledge and experiences.
能够与团队协作,积极分享知识和经验。
- Possess good leadership skills, able to motivate and guide team members to achieve goals.
