Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Law.
- Min 5 years experienced in the same position and level in FMCG industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
- Experienced in managing industrial relation
- Establish HRIS system
