Job Desc
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization
- Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and facilitate career development
- Handle Employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJSTK), and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulation
- Oversee the management of company assets, including equipment, vehicles, and supplies
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in human resources management in startup company or family business
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and developing a team of HR and administrative professionals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive HR and employee-related information
