Job of responsilities :
- Manages and implementing all aspects of Human Resources functions, strategies including policies, system, procedures, talent management, operational improvement and organization development and business plan
- Have the ability to set up employee performance and key performance indicators
- Provide hands-on support to all business unit leaders on Human Resources & General Affairs Aspects
- Responsible in terms of payroll, recruitment, employee data, job descriptions, employee benefits, and all HRGA Activities
- Ensuring all of the company assets good maintained & recorded
- Actively provide solutions for HR related issues in the Company
- Any others duties as assigned by Management
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent
- Al least in 5-7 years of working experience in HRGA or HR Generalist
- Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
- Ability to work with team and has good initiative
- Ability willing to be located on PT Bukitmega Masabadi, Cideng-Jakarta Utara (sister company)
