Job Responsibilities:
- Handling discipline and grievance cases.
- Plan, manage, and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with the company directions and Malaysian regulation.
- Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of Company’s rules and regulation and policies.
- Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
- Social responsibilities management.
- Employees training and development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Art in Human Resource or Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or other relevant discipline.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and interaction skill.
- Good analytical skill, planning, and organizing skill.
- Able to work independently, resourceful, and good sense of responsibility.
- Comfortable in working in a highly visible role.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, ethical, and dependable.
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
- Have strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labor Law and practice, Statutory requirement, and other related legislation.
- Knowledge in RBA requirement is an added advantage.
- Disciplined and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Able to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet searching etc.)
