Uraian Tugas

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling discipline and grievance cases.
  • Plan, manage, and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with the company directions and Malaysian regulation.
  • Ensure smooth implementation and enforcement of Company’s rules and regulation and policies.
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
  • Social responsibilities management.
  • Employees training and development.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Art in Human Resource or Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or other relevant discipline.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and interaction skill.
  • Good analytical skill, planning, and organizing skill.
  • Able to work independently, resourceful, and good sense of responsibility.
  • Comfortable in working in a highly visible role.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable.
  • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
  • Have strong knowledge in Employment Act, Malaysia Labor Law and practice, Statutory requirement, and other related legislation.
  • Knowledge in RBA requirement is an added advantage.
  • Disciplined and resourceful with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to handle multiple tasks with limited supervision
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet searching etc.)
