Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology and Human Resources Management.
- Max. 35 years old
- Having experiences min. 2 years in Learning and Development field.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Having experiences in use Visio, and create TNA matrices.
- Having experiences in preparing SOP and process flows.
- Able to multitask, do learning resource and analyze result effectively.
- Ability to work in start up environment.
- Detail oriented, self-starter, and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Tech-savvy with demonstrated portfolios on the enhanced materials development.
- Successful Experiences leading teams.
