Requirement
- Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related field
- Experience as HR Training at least 2 years
- Able to make Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skill
- Good analytical thinking, detail oriented and good in administration
Job Description
- Carry out an annual training plan program for employees
- Ensure the smooth implementation of training
- Become a facilitator or trainer in training organized by the company
- Create modules and analyze training program materials
- Create training implementation reports
- Create a list of potential training providers that suit the company's needs
