Job Descriptions :
- Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Manage schedules & Calendars; arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting document.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing memorandums and reports.
- Arrange administrative and archiving activities of Director.
- Responsible for All incoming and outgoing letters correspondences.
- Receive and welcome the visitors and arrange proper channels for communications with them.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Secretary or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Having good communication, organization skill, and interpersonal skill.
- Good knowledge in filling system, meeting arrangement, etc.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Program.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
