MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :
Responsible for assisting the General Manager with the administration and smooth running of the Executive Office. Primarily responsible for organizing meeting and follow up / tracing outstanding matters or issues.
REQUIREMENTS :
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Degree holder from reputable university, graduates from secretary academy i.e Tarakanita will be prioritized
Minimum 2 (two) years of work experience in a similar capacity or any hotel operational roles in an international luxury hotel brand
Self-starter and a team player as well
Ability to multi-task with excellent communication skills
Outgoing personality and able to develop relationship with all level of roles
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required
Computer literate and excellent administration skills
