Responsibilities :
- Fully in-charge for recruitment process (identify, selecting, interviewing, scheduling, offering, onboarding and document completion)
- Performing both online and offline interviews with candidates as well as references and background check.
- Bringing in new great talent to future job vacancies or hiring needs
- Communicate and coordinate with internal or external stakeholders regarding the company's HR & General Affairs activities, policies and procedures
- Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications including preparing job ads, job posting in social media.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Qualifications :
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor degree / S1 in a related field (Human Resources Management or Psychology) from a reputable university in Indonesia/overseas
- Proven experience as HR Generalist or Recruiter for min. 2 years
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, written communication and organizational skills to communicate well with candidates and team
- Extensive knowledge of effective hiring processes and hiring platforms that attract great candidates
- Excellent track records of successfully identifying, screening, interviewing, and closing exceptional candidates of various levels
- Have an ability to quickly adapt to new changes and the ability to work under pressure
- Exposures to diverse cultures and also a keen interest in staying up to date with market trends and relevant business needs
- Honest, loyal, fast learner, attention to detail, good at teamwork
