Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or equivalent
- At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience as HR Department Head
- Having good communication skill, leadership, influencing and interpersonal skill, good analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
- English is a mandatory
- Having experience in Korean company on IT Industry is a plus
- Willing to work in Pasar Rebo, Jakarta Timur
- Can join as soon as possible.
